We meet every third Wednesday of each month apart from January and August

We invite and welcome the over 50s, pensioners and their friends, relatives, and carers Talks are given and information is shared  in group discussions on a range of interests and concerns for older people, their family and friends.

Topics covered and events have included: Let’s Care for the Carers, Accidents in the Home, Climate Challenge, Stress Management, The Care Crisis, Scam alert, Lets get fit for Winter, Have your say in Haringey, Abyssinia-Hornsey’s lost village, Sleep, Decluttering, December Party, Annual August Outing. 

Annual Outings have included: Forty Hall, William Morris Museum, Kenwood House, Walton on the Naze. 

A Raffle and Refreshments are available after the talks
